2. Data collected
The assessment request form asks for: name, company, phone, email address, town or postcode, type of client, type of building or project, approximate area, description and, if you wish to add them, photographs of the façade. A phone number and an email address are both required.
We also process the data you give us when you call, send an email or send a WhatsApp message.
If you request a simulation on the Finishes page, you sign in with your Google account or your email. We keep your email, your account identifier, the simulations you request and those you have left; the photo and the finish are used only to prepare the simulation.
The form sends this data by email to Fachadas Salvatiño. Photographs are reduced in size in your browser before they are sent. The website does not store the requests.
3. Purpose
To deal with your assessment request and answer your enquiries.
If you request a simulation, we use the photo of your façade to prepare it with artificial intelligence tools, and your account to keep track of your free and additional simulations.
4. Recipients
These providers are involved in receiving the requests and process the data on behalf of Fachadas Salvatiño: Cloudflare (hosting of the website and of the function that receives the form), Resend (sending the email with the request), Google (the mailbox where it is received and, with Firebase, the simulator accounts).
5. Your rights
You can request access to your data, its rectification or its erasure, and exercise the other rights recognised by data protection law, by writing to salvatino0125@gmail.com.
If you believe the processing is not correct, you can lodge a complaint with the Spanish Data Protection Agency (www.aepd.es).
